Continuing with a pattern of non-stop touring and the recording of increasingly diverse records, Spoken will release their new album “A Moment of Imperfect Clarity” on September 2nd 2003 on Tooth and Nail Records.
On “A Moment of Imperfect Clarity” Spoken enlisted the talents of veteran rock producer GGGarth (Rage Against the Machine, Chevelle, Trapt), to create a sonic landscape that is as accessible as is original and diverse. The song writing on “A Moment of Imperfect Clarity” showcases a more mature side of Spoken than on their previous endeavors but still retains elements of the “Spoken sound” that fans of the older material have come to love and expect.

Starting in 1996 Spoken quickly became a mainstay in their local music scene due to a relentless work ethic and performance schedule. Shortly after forming Spoken was signed to their first record deal with Metro 1 Music, and there they released 3 full-length records and a greatest hits compilation.
